If you or anyone in your household has an epileptic condition, consult a physician prior to use. Discontinue use immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, or muscle twitching.
1. Scope of Limited Hardware Warranty
Gear Direct LLC warrants to the original end-user purchaser ("Customer") that this Mini Wired Optical Mouse ("Product") will be free from material defects in manufacturing, materials, and internal mechanical assembly under normal personal or gaming use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase (sales receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) for warranty service.
2. Exclusive Remedy
If a hardware defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises during the 1-Year Warranty Period, Gear Direct LLC, at its sole discretion, will either:
1. Repair the Product using new or refurbished functional parts;
2. Replace the Product with a new or reconditioned unit of equal or greater functional capability; or
3. Refund the original purchase price paid for the Product (less shipping and handling).
3. Normal Wear & Tear Exclusion
Peripherals undergo direct physical interaction and friction. This warranty explicitly excludes aesthetic or superficial degradation resulting from normal wear and tear over time, including but not limited to:
• Discoloration, fading, or wear of outer rubberized side grips, surface paint, or shell coating;
• Wear of bottom PTFE mouse feet (skates) or surface scratching from mousepad friction;
• Switch click-feeling degradation resulting from standard long-term button actuation;
• Cable fraying, bending, or twisting caused by desktop snags or improper storage wrapping.
4. Limitation of Liability & Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GEAR DIRECT LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER COMPUTER HARDWARE, DESK SURFACES, OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM IMPROPER USE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
IN ALL CASES, GEAR DIRECT LLC’S MAXIMUM TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THIS PRODUCT.
5. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED HEREIN, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS." GEAR DIRECT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
• Liquid spills, food residue, dust accumulation, water immersion, or chemical exposure;
• Drops, physical crushing, cord yanking, cable tension breaks, or excessive button slamming;
• Unauthorized product disassembly, physical modification, custom shell painting, or internal tampering;
• Connection to malfunctioning USB ports, ungrounded power sources, or third-party high-voltage USB quick chargers;
• Third-party macro software customization, key-mapping scripts, or unapproved firmware flashing.
7. Warranty Claims & RMA Service
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Gear Direct LLC within the 1-year warranty period for return authorization. Customer is responsible for return shipping packaging and shipping costs to our designated service center.

GEAR DIRECT LLC DOES NOT PROVIDE DATA RECOVERY SERVICES AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR RECOVERY COSTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Storage devices are subject to functional degradation and unexpected hardware failure. You (the end-user) are solely responsible for maintaining continuous, independent secondary backups of all stored data.
1. Scope of Limited Hardware Warranty
Gear Direct LLC warrants to the original end-user purchaser ("Customer") that the ZC Internal SSD M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 Solid State Drive ("Product") will be free from material defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal consumer use for the applicable Warranty Period set forth below.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original retail or authorized reseller purchase. Proof of purchase (such as an original sales receipt or order confirmation) is strictly required to receive warranty service.
2. Warranty Period & Terabytes Written (TBW) Limits
The Warranty Period begins on the date of original purchase and ends upon the earlier of:
1. Three (3) Years from the date of original purchase; OR
2. The point at which total write operations exceed the maximum rated Terabytes Written (TBW) threshold specified for the respective drive capacity in the table below (as measured by the drive's internal S.M.A.R.T. media wear indicator).

If a hardware defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises during the Warranty Period, Gear Direct LLC, at its sole discretion, will either:
1. Repair the defective Product using new or refurbished replacement parts;
2. Replace the Product with a new, reconditioned, or functional equivalent unit of equal or greater capacity; or
3. Refund the original net purchase price paid for the defective Product (less shipping and handling).
Any repaired or replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
4. Explicit Exclusion of Data Loss & Storage Liability
GEAR DIRECT LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF DATA, RECOVERY OF DATA, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GEAR DIRECT LLC BE LIABLE FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN ATTEMPTING TO RECOVER OR RESTORE LOST DATA. • Third-party software, operating system corruption, malware, or host motherboard/BIOS incompatibility.
8. Warranty Claims & RMA Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, Customer must contact Gear Direct LLC within the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for securely packaging and paying return shipping costs. Gear Direct LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. IMPORTANT BEFORE SHIPPING: You must erase or back up all confidential, proprietary, or personal data stored on the drive. Returned products will be reformatted or destroyed upon evaluation and cannot be returned with original data intact.
